Momo Cancer Foundation – Terms and Conditions for Receiving Donations

Thank you for choosing to support Momo Cancer Foundation. Your generosity enables us to support cancer patients with essential services, including food, shelter, medication, and emotional support. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before donating.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By donating to Momo Cancer Foundation (hereafter referred to as “the Foundation”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all donors, including individuals, organizations, and corporations.

2. Use of Donations

All donations will be used to support the mission and objectives of the Foundation. Specifically, funds will be allocated to:

• Providing support to cancer patients
• Funding cancer awareness programs
• Covering medical expenses for needy patients
• Operating shelters and support centers
• Administrative and operational costs (where necessary)

The Foundation reserves the right to allocate donations according to the most urgent needs and priorities at the time.

Donations may be made through:

• 4. In-person contributions
  All donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

4. Receipts and Acknowledgements

Donors will receive an official receipt upon successful completion of their donation. The Foundation may also acknowledge donations publicly, unless a donor explicitly requests to remain anonymous.

Donor information is collected solely to process donations and maintain communication. We are committed to protecting your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except where required by law.

6. Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, don’t hesitate to get in touch with us within 2 days of the transaction. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Please note that Momo Cancer Foundation is a registered non-profit organization in Uganda. Donors are encouraged to consult their tax advisors to determine the deductibility of their donation based on their jurisdiction.
